Tom Kha Soup
Tom kha is a classic Thai sour & spicy coconut milk soup, usually with chicken,
its rich flavor of coconut milk with lime juice and the prominent flavor of
galangal always appeal.
Serving size: 4 persons
1. Boil 400 ml of water.
2. Add 200g (7 oz) of chicken and 200g of mushroom.
3. When cooked, add 1 packet of tom kha soup powder,
simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaf before serving.
